Car

Postcode CB4 2QT will direct you to the traffic lights / junction outside Cambridge Regional College. On approaching this from Milton Road do not turn into that campus, but proceed ahead and a little further along Kings Hedges Road (on the right) will be an entrance into the Future Business Centre. From the A14 / Histon Road exit the A14 at B1049 (Junction 32) in the direction of Cambridge; take the first left signposted for Arbury, Orchard Park, Kings Hedges and Chesterton, were the centre is then 1 mile on the left (opposite Northfield Avenue).

From the North via the A14

Follow the A1(M) and A14 to Impington, exiting the A14 at Junction 32 onto the B1049 towards Cambridge. At the roundabout take the third exit for Cambridge Road / B1049, followed by the first left into Kings Hedges Road. The centre will be on the left 1 mile further down this road (opposite Northfield Avenue).

From London & South

Leave the M11 at Junction 14 for the A14 heading towards Ely and Newmarket. At Junction 32 exit the A14 taking the B1049 signposted for Histon and Kings Hedges. From the following roundabout take the B1049 towards Cambridge and then the first left into Kings Hedges Road. The Future Business Centre is again approximately 1 mile along on the left (opposite Northfield Avenue).

 
Parking

Limited visitor parking exists on site with separate disabled parking bays located outside the Centre. Further spaces are available at the centre’s overflow car park within Cambridge Regional College, entered via Kings Hedges Drive. Parking there is £2 a day, with payment at the machine using a debit or credit card, or with cash at Cambridge Regional College’s reception.

Bus

The city and local towns are served by the Stagecoach operated ‘Citi Bus Network’, with the ‘Cambridgeshire Guided Busway’ drawing in services from Huntingdon and St Ives. Use the ‘Citi-1’ from Cambridge city centre heading towards Arbury, alighting at either the nearby Regional College or Northfield Avenue. On the guided busway Route B will stop at ‘Orchard Park East’ immediately behind the Future Business Centre with Routes A or C stopping at the Regional College.

Train

Cambridge railway station located in the city centre at the end of Station Road, off Hills Road, has trains to and from Ely, Ipswich, Kings Lynn, Norwich, Peterborough and Stanstead Airport. Direct departures / arrivals also operate between Cambridge and London (on average every 10-15 minutes during weekdays) via Liverpool Street and Kings Cross Stations. The centre is located about 4 miles north of the railway station, but regular taxis are based outside. Ask for The Future Business Centre on King’s Hedges Road, next to the Smart LIFE Low Carbon Centre (opposite Northfield Avenue).
